How do i make an appointment?
You can make an appointment by using the BOOK A PIERCING button located in various places around this website or by calling the location at which you’d like to get pierced. DO NOT EMAIL to book a piercing or ask about appointment availability.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
A valid government picture ID will be required to verify your identity and age. This includes Drivers Licenses or state issued IDs, Passports foreign and domestic, Military IDs and government issued picture IDs from other counties.
WILL MY PIERCING HURT?
Everyone’s body and pain thresholds are different, however we do offer a topical lidocaine application if desired for an additional $35 fee.
CAN I USE MY OWN JEWELRY?
That depends. A piercer will need to assess whether your jewelry is the appropriate type and size for the initial piercing. If it is suitable, there will be an additional $10 sterilization fee.
WHAT TYPE OF JEWELRY DO YOU PIERCE WITH?
We use implant grade titanium in all our piercings. This is a strong, lightweight, 100 % hypoallergenic metal that is used in medical implants. We also offer solid gold if so desired.
Do you offer discounts if i get multiple piercings at once?
No, with one exception for multiple dermal piercings. Pricing is listed on the menu above.
I just heard about this new piercing or i don’t see the name of a PIERCING on your menu, do you do it?
Almost always yes, many names of piercings change with new trends and new generations but have been around a long time, or are just variations on existing piercings. Call us and we can help you make an appointment for anything you don’t see listed.
ARE THERE AGE LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN PIERCINGS?
Yes. Lobes 6 weeks and up. 2nd Lobes 8 yrs and up. 12 yrs and up Simple Helix. 13 yrs and up Nostril. All Other Ear Cartilage 14 yrs and up. High nostrils and septum 14 yrs and up. Navels 14 yrs and up. Lips, Monroes, Philtrums (Medusa) 14 yrs and up. Eyebrows 14 yrs and up. Smiley 14 yrs and up. Bridge 16 yrs and up. Cheeks 16 yrs and up. Tongue 16 yrs and up. Dermals 16 yrs and up (restrictions on placement). Surface bar piercing 16 yrs and up. Genitals and Nipples 18 yrs and up (no exceptions).
IF I’M UNDERAGE DO I NEED MY PARENT WITH ME?
Yes. Your parent or legal guardian (legal guardianship paperwork must be provided if not a parent) must accompany you with their valid government picture ID and fill out and sign the release form. Step parents, older sisters/brothers, grand parents, aunts/uncles, baby sitters or friends parents etc are not acceptable chaperones unless they are your legal guardian.
I NEED JEWELRY, INSERTED, REMOVED OR TAPERED IN/FROM MY EXISTING PIERCING, IS THERE A FEE?
Yes. Basic insertions and removals are $10. Dermal removals are $25. Tapering is $25.
I PURCHASED MY JEWELRY AT RCT AT THE TIME OF MY APPT/WALK-IN, DO I STILL NEED TO PAY TO HAVE IT PUT IN?
No, we will put it in for free unless tapering or re-piercing is necessary.
CAN I RETURN JEWELRY THAT I PURCHASED?
No, all sales are final on jewelry. We highly recommend having a piercer aid you in finding and inserting the correct size and type of jewelry you need so you will not be stuck with a purchase you cannot use or return.
